    Autorizo expresamente a La Térmica Surf y PlayaFit a utilizar fotografías, vídeos o cualquier otro medio de reproducción en las que aparezca la persona cuyos datos aparecen recogidos en la presente ficha, para la realización de fotos y video reportaje del viaje como regalo o de mediante la inclusión de su imagen en la página web de la empresa, folletos u otros soportes de promoción con la finalidad de que pueda tener un fácil acceso a las mismas, además de como medio de publicidad.
